Cheers to, Izetta Gist, 80 Years of Family Friends & Joy

Mrs. Gist is still on cloud nine, beaming in the glow of God's love that came through each and every one of you at the beautiful celebration you attended in her honor. She felt the warmth of her beloved husband, Henry Gist Jr., with her—married since 1962, he passed in 2019, yet his presence was woven through every hug, every laugh, every shared memory that day.

As she continues to relive the joy of that day, she would love to gather and preserve those memories. If you took any photos or videos during the celebration, please share them by texting them to her eldest granddaughter, Nicole, or to me, Lesley. We also kindly ask that you send your mailing address so she can send a small memento as a token of her gratitude.

She has been taking her time reading each card and opening every thoughtful gift—but the greatest gift of all, the one she cherishes most, was your presence.

The love in that room was undeniable. The hugs, the laughter, the dancing, the singing, the shared meals, and the genuine camaraderie—these are the memories that will live in her heart forever.
